Berkley City Council may evict baby Jesus

The Berkley, Michigan (a Detroit suburb) city council has, up to this point, had a creche on display at Christmastime. Pressure from the ACLU puts this tradition's future in doubt. This marks the first of many such stories we'll likely hear over the next 2 months.
