• Christian man allowed to preach in Modesto plaza

Attorneys for a Christian man who preaches in a Modesto public square have reached a settlement with the city that allows the man to keep spreading his version of the gospel.The Alliance Defense Fund filed suit on behalf of Kevin Borden in July to challenge Modesto's attempts to block him from preaching in Tenth Street Plaza on Saturday evenings.
