Church: Bishop was communist spy
Submitted by pastordale on Fri, 2007-01-05 23:58.
The Polish Catholic Church said on Friday the archbishop of Warsaw, appointed last month by Pope Benedict, had spied for the communist-era secret services.Stanislaw Wielgus has a shady past. Reminds me of the traditors of the Diocletian persecution. Can the church forgive him?
