• Edwards' Blogger Resigns After 'Anti-Christian' Row

Religious groups outraged at provocative comments made by two bloggers employed by the John Edwards for President campaign said the resignation of one of the bloggers Monday evening is not enough.

Amanda Marcotte and Melissa McEwan blogged for Edwards and made derogatory comments toward the Roman Catholic Church's position on contraception and the doctrine of the virgin birth. Edwards removed them from blogging but kept them on the payroll.
