• Faith-Based Prison Program Ruled Unconstitutional

Chuck Colson's "Prison Fellowship" organization is getting kicked out of prisons, or at least one of their programs. It seems that the biggest problem is that they were getting federal funding, so the big question is, "Does the gov't have the right to fund "faith-based" programs?
