Hospital chaplain fired for praying to Jesus

For more than seven years, Reverend Danny Harvey was employed as a Chaplain at Leesburg Regional Medical Center. His employment at the hospital has recently been terminated, and the former baptist minister believes it's religious discrimination. LRMC believe he was insensitive to other beliefs, but Harvey says that he never heard a complaint from those he prayed with.
Should a pastor be allowed to pray in the name of his Deity? Why else have a pastor as a chaplain?
