Judge Timothy Walsh sentenced Alix Rolland to five years' probation in connection with the case. Rolland will also have to undergo a stay at a rehabilitation center and pay for the costs of the restoration. Walsh suspended 180 days in custody, contingent upon Rolland successfully performing the terms of his probation.

Wouldn't this be considered a hate crime were it directed at any other church?
