• Mother Russia is Big Brother to Churches

New legislation in Russia has the government breathing down churches' necks, forcing them to report not only every service and event, but how much money came in at each, how much was from whom, and how much was from tourists and foreigners. How they'll handle the loose change in the offering plate is beyond me.
