• N.D. Tribe Barring Church Protesters

An American Indian tribe passed a law banning Westboro Baptist Church of Topeka, KS from protesting at a military funeral. 

Church members say the deaths of soldiers are punishment from God for the country's tolerance of homosexuals.

 Ridiculous teachings aside, this begs the question as to right of protest, what's allowed and what's not.
