Rare, early church found on West Bank

ARCHAEOLOGISTS say they have found one of the world's first Christian churches, built on a site believed to have once housed the Ark of the Covenant.
The location is Shiloh, and the church dates to the late 4th Century. They're saying it's one of the first ever formal churches, presumably because it dates not far after the Edict of Milan, which, among other things, made formal church locations possible.
