Religion for a Captive Audience, Paid For by Taxes

It's a fairly cushy prison in Newton, IA, but everyone there must be in a rehab program that recognizes sin as the root of the problem and the need for God to heal them. A federal judge says that's all fine and good, but you can't use taxpayer money to finance the program, no matter how well it works.
