• School District Sued For Holding Graduation Ceremony In Church

The New Jersey chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union is suing Newark public schools for holding a high school graduation ceremony in a Baptist church.

A Muslim student couldn't attend his own graduation because he can't go into places with religious images. They could've covered the images or found a different location.
